order to open an account with our company we require the following:
- The
credit application must be completed and signed by the owner or
president of the company applying for credit.
- The
Personal Guarantee must be signed by the Owner or President
without his or her title.
- The
entire credit application must be completed and ALL questions answered.
- We
must received original copies. NO FAXES PLEASE!
- If
you are Tax Exempt, we must be supplied with a copy of the Resale
Certificate signed by the proper party.
An accurately completed credit application,
coupled with a prompt response, will enable us to start a mutually
beneficial business relationship as swiftly as possible.
